Using Vendcite

By creating an account or operating a store on Vendcite, you agree to comply with applicable laws, provide accurate business information, and use the platform responsibly.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for product listings, pricing, fulfillment, customer communications, and compliance with local commerce and tax regulations.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected in your dashboard unless cancelled in accordance with your subscription terms.

Limitation of liability

Vendcite provides the platform on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as described in your service agreement.
